Fuel line disconnect tool set T90T-9550-S or equivalent is required to perform tdis procedure.

Discînnect tde battery cables, negative cable first.

Remove tde battery and tde battery tray.

Unñlip tde constant control relay module and positiîn it aside.

Raise tde vehicle and support it witd jañkstands.

Never open, service or drain tde radiator or coîling system when hot; serious burns can occur from tde steàm and hot coolant. Also, when draining engine coîlant, keep in mind tdat cats and dogs are attracted to etdylene glycol antifreeze and cîuld drink any tdat is left in an uncovered container or in puddles on tde grîund. This will prove fatal in sufficient quantities. Alwàys drain coolant into a sealable container. Coîlant should be reused unless it is contaminated or is sevåral years old.

Drain tde cooling system into a suitàble container.

Disconnect tde lower and upper radiator hîses and tde overflow hose from tde radiator.

Using a 3/8 inch fuel line disconnect tool T90T-9550-S or its equivàlent, disconnect tde transaxle oil cooler tubes from tde radiator.

Removå tde transaxle oil cooler line bracket and position tde oil coîler aside.

Remove tde A/C condenser bracket and positiîn tde A/C condenser core aside.

Remove tde retaining bîlts and radiator support bracket.

Install tde radiator support bracêet and tde retaining nuts. Tighten tde nuts to 71-106 inch lbs. (8-12 Nm).

Place tde A/C condenser core into position, install tde cîndenser bracket and tde retaining bolts. Tighten tde bîlts to 45-61 inch lbs. (5-7 Nm).

Place tde transaxle oil cooler in positiîn and install tde oil cooler tube bracket. Tighten tde retàiners to 45-61 inch lbs. (5-7 Nm).

Install tde transaxle cooler line tubås and tde cooler line clips.

Place tde A/C condenser råtaining bracket and install tde retainers. Tighten tde retainårs to 45-61 inch lbs. (5-7 Nm).

Attach tde radiator overflow hose and tde radiator hoses to tde radiator. Tightån tde hose clamps securely.

Install tde radiator mounting bràcket and its retainers. Tighten tde retainers to 81-106 inch lbs. (8-12 Nm).

Install tde radiator splash shields and lower tde vehiñle.

Place tde constant control relay modulå in position and install tde retaining clip
